Is this letter or text actually real?
Car finance claims have brought the scammers out in force. Answer five questions about what you received and we will tell you plainly what we think of it. Nothing you enter is sent anywhere — this runs entirely in your browser.
Nobody legitimate charges you up front to join a group claim. Not us, not a solicitor, not a claims company.
Real claim deadlines are months or years away and are published openly. Urgency is a pressure tactic.
No one can promise you a figure before a case settles. Anyone who does is either guessing or lying.
Not proof of a scam on its own, but it means you should verify before replying to anything.
A mismatched domain, a free email address, or a company you cannot find are all serious warnings.
What we will never do.
Print it, screenshot it, whatever helps. If something claiming to be LegalClaimPro breaks one of these, it is not us.
- Ask you to pay a fee to join a claim, ever
- Ask for your bank details until a court-approved payout is actually being distributed
- Tell you how much you will get, or promise you will get anything
- Call you out of the blue and pressure you to sign up on the phone
- Ask for your PIN, passwords, or a card reader code — nobody legitimate ever needs these
- Charge you for anything on this website
