The awkward questions, answered first.

Starting with the one everybody actually wants to ask, which is how we get paid. Nothing here is hedged and nothing is buried at the bottom.

01

The catch

How do you make money out of this?

Law firms pay us for eligible, verified registrations. That is the whole model. It never comes out of your share of a settlement, and you are never charged anything.

So it is genuinely free?

Yes. Checking is free, joining is free, and there is nothing on this site you have to pay for. If a claim wins, the legal fee comes out of the settlement under the no win, no fee agreement — and you see that split before you join.

Are you lawyers?

No. We are translators. Regulated law firms run every claim; our job is making them make sense. We cannot and do not give legal advice.

Will I definitely get money?

No. And anyone promising you a payout is selling something. Claims fail, settle for less than hoped, or take years. We will tell you honestly how strong a claim looks.

02

Joining a claim

What do I have to hand over to register?

Enough to work out whether you are eligible — usually dates, a product or company, and contact details. Not your bank details. Not your PIN. Never.

What if I turn out not to be eligible?

Then we tell you, for free, and nothing else happens. You can stay on the alert list for the next claim or not, entirely your call.

Can I join more than one claim?

Yes, if you qualify for each. They are separate cases and they progress independently.

Can I change my mind later?

Yes. You can withdraw from a claim, and you can unsubscribe from us. Neither costs you anything or affects the other.

03

The money

If a claim wins, how much do I get?

It depends entirely on the case and how many people are in it. Anyone quoting you a figure before a settlement is guessing. We publish ranges where a court or regulator has published them, and say nothing where they have not.

Who takes a cut, and how much?

The legal team takes an agreed percentage of the settlement, set by the firm running the claim — which is why it differs between claims. You see the exact split before you join.

Do I pay anything if the claim loses?

No. That is what no win, no fee and ATE insurance are for. You pay nothing up front and nothing if it fails.

04

Your data

What do you actually do with my details?

Use them to check your eligibility, pass your registration to the law firm running that claim, and email you about claims if you asked us to. Nothing else.

Do you sell my data?

No. We are paid by law firms for verified registrations you chose to make — that is not the same as selling a list, and we do not do the latter.

How do I get my data deleted?

Ask us and we will do it. Where a claim is already with a law firm, they hold their own copy and you would need to ask them too — we will tell you who.

05

Staying safe

How do I know a message is really from you?

Run it through our checker. Short version: we never ask for payment, never ask for bank details before a court-approved payout, and never promise you a figure.
