Who are LegalClaimPro?
We’re a consumer information and access service. We find legitimate group claims, explain them in plain English, and make it easy to check whether you qualify — for free.
Are you a law firm?
No. Every claim we list is run by a regulated law firm, and we name that firm before you join. We’re the plain-English layer that helps you understand and access those claims.
How do you make money if it’s free?
When someone joins a claim through us, the law firm running it may pay us a referral fee — never taken from your share, and never affecting our advice on whether a claim is right for you. We tell you when this applies.
Joining a claim
What does joining actually commit me to?
Very little. You’re added to the claim register and represented alongside everyone else. You can usually withdraw before settlement, and we explain how before you join.
Will I definitely get money?
No — and be wary of anyone who says otherwise. We’ll tell you honestly how strong a claim looks and what realistic outcomes have been in similar cases.
Do I need paperwork to join?
Usually not to check. If the legal team later needs documents (like an old contract or bill), we’ll tell you exactly what and why — and “I can’t find it” is rarely a dealbreaker.
Can I join more than one claim?
Yes. If you qualify for several claims, you can join them all. Each one is checked and managed separately.
Your data & staying safe
What do you do with my information?
We use it to check your eligibility and — only with your permission — pass it to the legal team running your claim. We never sell your data, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
How do I know this isn’t a scam?
Healthy scepticism is exactly right. We never cold-call, never charge fees, and never ask for bank details to check eligibility. You can verify every claim we list with the regulator or the named law firm directly.
Will checking affect my credit score?
No. Eligibility checks are not credit checks and leave no footprint on your credit file.
Money & fees
What does it cost to join?
Nothing up front, ever. Claims run on a no-win, no-fee basis: if a claim succeeds, the legal team’s agreed fee comes out of the overall settlement, and you see the percentage before you join.
When would I receive money?
Group claims typically take one to three years. If a claim settles, payments follow the court-approved process — we’ll email you the timeline as soon as it’s known.
What if the claim loses?
You pay nothing. The no-win, no-fee arrangement means the risk sits with the legal team, not with you.
